TERMS

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement”).

 
GENERAL

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

 
PRODUCT INFORMATION

Most products displayed at the Site are available in stock. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

 
DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4 days for domestic order and 6 to 10 days for international order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify orders@old-soulz.com. You will receive an email from us when your order has been confirmed.

 
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Domestic orders of all the products, except original artworks, are shipped by USPS Priority. Rates are calculated according to the USPS calculator. International orders are shipped by USPS Priority as well.

Framed, original artworks purchased by domestic customers will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. For international customers, please contact artorder@old-soulz.com for shipping details. All California residents will incur an 8.25% sales tax.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

 
RETURN POLICY

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS EXCEPT ORIGINAL ART WORK, NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED ONLY within 14 days from which shipment is received. All exchanges are subject to and dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to orders@old-soulz.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and printed receipts when returned. OLD-SOULZ ENT INC. is not responsible for shipping charges for returns.

 
ORIGINAL ART WORK RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with the artwork you, may return the item within 30 days after receipt of your shipment for a full refund of the original purchase price less shipping, handling, and insurance. We cannot exchange items damaged during shipping and we cannot accept items returned after 30 days of receipt.
Returns must meet all of the following criteria:
Contact us at artorder@old-soulz.com for a return approval number.

Art must be received by us within 30 days of your receipt.

Art must be sent in the original undamaged packaging.

Art must be in original resalable condition.

Art must be shipped with full insurance covering the original price.

Damaged items will be refused.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

All returns will be credited unless otherwise specified. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

 
CUSTOMS DUTY AND OTHER TAXES:

Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when a shipment reaches your country. If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office. Policies on those taxes vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your country for more details.

 
DAMAGED ARTWORK POLICY

If the box containing the artwork appears to be damaged upon its arrival, refuse acceptance of the delivery and then contact us to artorder@old-soulz.com to let us know that the shipment arrived damaged. If, however, you open the package and find the artwork damaged, please contact the shipping service who will advise you on your options. Do not discard the original packaging.
Please note that, unless reported immediately upon receipt, damaged artwork will not be accepted for return. Please, take a photo of the package conditions before opening the package if you suspect that the artwork inside might be damaged or if you notice that the package has been broken or mistreated. This information is required for insurance claim purposes.
Any artwork that is received damaged must be reported to us and the carrier at the time they are received.
We will ship you another item to replace the damaged one as soon as all carrier insurance paperwork is processed.

 
COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
